Ohio State Refund Status

IRS e-file 2005 Refund Cycle Chart (PDF Document) - IRS's schedule of when your refund from your e-file return will be sent. The IRS does not guarantee a specific date a refund will be deposited into your financial institution account or mailed.

Federal Refund Status

You can determine the status of your federal tax refund by accessing the IRS secure website, or by calling TeleTax at 1-800-829-4477 (toll free).

You can find out if the IRS received you return and whether your refund was processed.

To get your refund status you must provide the following information as shown on your federal tax return:

bulletSocial Security Number (or IRS Individual Tax identification Number)
bulletFiling Status (Single, Married Filing Joint Return, Married Filing Separate Return, Head of Household, or Qualifying Widow(er).
bulletRefund amount

Ohio State Refund Status

You can check the status of your 2003 Ohio Income Tax refund by calling 1-800-282-1784 or by visiting their web site at http://tax.ohio.gov/ and clicking on "Where's my Refund".  You will be need to provide your social security number and your refund amount.
